You can pay directly from a US crypto exchange account or a self-custody wallet. Choose the coin and network at checkout, then send the payment on-chain to the address displayed for your order.
Important: This is a direct blockchain payment, not an escrow payment. Your order is placed on hold while the transaction is confirmed; you do not need to wait until delivery for the payment to reach us.
Before you begin
- Keep the checkout page open so you can copy the exact amount, receiving address, and required network.
- Make sure your balance covers both the order amount and the network fee.
- Crypto bought with a bank account or card may be temporarily unavailable to send while the payment clears.
- Never share your password, private key, recovery phrase, or verification code. Our staff will never ask for them.
Option 1: BTC or ETH — easiest for most US customers
Coinbase is a common example in the United States, but you may use any wallet or exchange that permits withdrawals to an external address.
- Create or sign in to your crypto account, complete any required identity verification, and add a payment method.
- Buy enough Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) to cover the order and the network fee. Wait until the balance is available to send.
- On our checkout page, select Bitcoin or Ethereum and place the order.
- In your crypto app, choose Send or Send crypto. Do not send by email, phone number, or username.
- Copy the address shown on the order page or scan its QR code. Compare the first and last characters after pasting.
- Use Bitcoin network for BTC or Ethereum Mainnet for ETH. Enter the exact crypto amount requested.
- Preview the asset, amount, address, network, and fee, then confirm the send and complete two-step verification if requested.
- Copy the transaction hash/ID (TXID) from the completed transaction and submit it with your order.
Option 2: USDT on TRON (TRC20)
USDT must be sent on the TRON/TRC20 network. USDT on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Solana, BNB Smart Chain, or any other network is not the same payment route.
For US customers, a self-custody wallet with TRON support—such as MetaMask or TronLink—is often the clearest route. Availability of in-app purchases and exchange withdrawals depends on your state, provider, and account.
- Install a wallet only from its official website or app-store listing. Create the wallet and store the recovery phrase offline and privately.
- Select or enable the TRON network.
- Obtain USDT on TRON. You can buy it through an available wallet provider or withdraw it from an exchange only when that exchange explicitly offers TRON/TRC20 as the network.
- Keep a small amount of TRX in the same wallet for TRON account activation and transaction resources/fees. A new TRON account generally needs TRX before it can send USDT.
- At our checkout, select USDT (TRC20), place the order, and copy the receiving address beginning with T.
- In the wallet, open USDT on TRON, choose Send, paste the address, enter the exact amount, and review the TRON fee.
- Confirm the transaction, then copy and submit the TXID with your order.
Network checklist
| Checkout choice | Required network | Address usually begins with | Fee asset |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | 1, 3, or bc1 | BTC |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum Mainnet | 0x | ETH |
| USDT (TRC20) | TRON / TRC20 | T | TRX or TRON resources |
After you send
- The order remains On hold until the payment is visible and sufficiently confirmed on the blockchain.
- Confirmation time varies with the network and wallet provider. The payment is not held until delivery.
- Do not resend a payment because the status is still pending. Check the transaction using the TXID first.
- Do not split the payment into several transactions unless support has approved it in advance.
Common problems
My app does not show TRON/TRC20
Do not choose another network. Use BTC or ETH instead, or transfer the USDT through a wallet/provider that explicitly supports USDT on TRON.
My USDT transaction says insufficient fee or energy
Add a small amount of TRX to the same TRON address, then review the wallet’s estimated fee before trying again.
I bought crypto but cannot send it yet
Your provider may be holding the purchase while a bank or card payment clears. Wait for the balance to become available for withdrawal, or choose another available payment method.
I sent the wrong asset or used the wrong network
Blockchain transfers are irreversible and recovery may be impossible. Contact support with your order number, TXID, asset, amount, and network; never share a recovery phrase or private key.
